What is Office 365 LTI?

LTI stands for Learning Tools Interoperability. LTI is an education application (“app”). It specifies a method for a learning management system to interact and communicate with external systems.  

 The Office 365 LTI allows you to pull your Microsoft files into Canvas to seamlessly, share, build, and make individual copies for students.

 

To confirm that Office 365 is integrated with your Canvas environment:



      1. Select on Settings in your Course Navigation Menu.
      2. Choose the Apps tab across the top.
      3. Select the View App Configurations button.
      4. Look for Microsoft Office 365.
