The Rich Content Editor
The Rich Content Editor is available when building Announcements, Assignments, Calendar Events, Discussions, Pages, and Quizzes. Within the Rich Content Editor, you can quickly access One Drive or Microsoft Office 365 Files that you wish to embed in your Canvas Course.
Use Cases
Pages
- Create a resource page for students that includes content saved in your One Drive.
Assessments
- Include Microsoft Office 365 Files for a reading passage or resource that students need to reference when working on the assignment, quiz, or discussion.
