Building an Assignment for Student Submission
Many instructors use "File Upload" assignments to provide students the ability to upload any file type from their hard drives or device to Canvas.
With the Google Assignments LTI 1.3, students can also upload files directly from their Google Drive.
Canvas creates a snapshot of the file at the time of submission and instructors can provide feedback in the Canvas Speedgrader.
Instructors will NOT be able to test this functionality from Student View as the Test Student does not have their own Google Drive.
