Sharing to the Commons

The Commons is an amazing resource where educators from around the world generously share course content with each other.

All Canvas Resources can be shared to the Commons.

Individual Items Include:

- - Pages
  - Assignments
  - Classic Quizzes (New Quizzes coming soon)
  - Discussions
  - Files
  - Media
  - Images

Group Items Include:

- - Modules
  - Courses

How do I share something to the Commons?

Sharing to the Commons is simple. For each Item or Module, use the “More Options Menu” and select “Share to Commons.” Entire courses can be shared to the Commons through the Settings option in the Course Navigation Menu.
